NEW ORDER Film Festival Alliance, initiated by NOYIFF, is an international organization dedicated to showcasing young filmmakers. Based in New Zealand and expanding globally, the alliance aims to strengthen connections and cooperation between film festivals to support the growth of young film talent.

Film transcends race, religion, and region, playing a crucial role in promoting cross-cultural communication and understanding. The development and promotion of New Zealand's film culture require joint efforts from young filmmakers and institutions, as well as close cooperation and communication. Therefore, as representatives of New Zealand's film industry, we have established the New Zealand Youth Film Festival Alliance to foster local youth film culture exchanges and cooperation.
