NOYIFF
Young cinema, new order.
New Order stands for a new way of seeing, and a new way for young people to connect.
We believe the next order of cinema will not be defined by a few voices. It will be created by young filmmakers, artists and storytellers across the world.
At NOYIFF, traditional cinema meets new technology. Personal stories meet public questions. Local voices meet global audiences. Young creators meet a wider world.
NOYIFF is where these encounters begin.

NOYIFF is more than an annual film festival.
We are building a global youth moving-image ecosystem: a place where films are discovered, young creators are seen, and different cultures connect through cinema.
Alongside the annual competition and screenings, NOYIFF is developing campus showcases, community screenings, international youth cultural exchange, youth arts networks and cross-cultural collaboration projects.
We want cinema to live beyond red carpets, awards and theatres. It should enter campuses, communities, public spaces and the everyday lives of young people.
Cinema should return to people. To questions. To the places where young people are living, thinking and creating.
The Origin Point of Global Youth Imagery and Thought
For NOYIFF, this is more than a statement. It is a direction.
We aim to be a starting point where new creators are discovered, new visual languages are taken seriously, different cultures meet, and conversations about the future of cinema begin.
If the world is being rewritten, young people should not only watch from the side. They should hold the camera — and write their own time.

NOYIFF believes cinema has never truly grown old.
What needs to be reignited is the desire to express, the courage to create, the hunger for real emotion, and the curiosity to face the unknown.
We invite young creators everywhere to join NOYIFF — to rediscover the heat, life and future of cinema in a time of radical change.
The World Is Being Rewritten — And Youth Are Holding the Camera.
