About NOYIFF

Young cinema does not need to wait for permission.

It can begin from a classroom, a phone, a small crew, a strange idea, a personal memory, a broken image, or a question that refuses to disappear.

NOYIFF was built for that space: a place where early voices are taken seriously, new forms are allowed to emerge, and young creators can meet audiences beyond their immediate world.
